5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Information:

We offer free standard shipping to all addresses within Singapore, covering all regions of the island, including residential, commercial, and industrial areas. We will deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout; please ensure the address is accurate and complete (including unit number, building name, and postal code) to avoid delays.

5.2 Delivery Times:

We will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time (1-3 business days), but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, carrier delays, or high demand during peak seasons). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 International Shipping:

We currently only offer shipping within Singapore. If you are located outside Singapore, please contact us at contact@sgmarts.com for more information on available international shipping options. For orders shipped to local customers from outside Singapore, recipients may be required to pay import GST or customs duties if the shipment value exceeds SGD 400.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging (including all accessories, tags, and manuals). For returned orders eligible for a refund, you are required to provide a valid tax credit note in compliance with GST regulations.
